Ethan Doerschuk is passionate about helping individuals achieve their health and fitness goals. With years of experience in the industry, and background as a Head Coach of Speed, Agility, and Quickness at Rush Union Soccer; Ethan quickly transitioned from player to coach, and now coaches ages from 7-70 in soccer and fitness regularly.  He obtained his education from the National Academy of Sports Medicine that includes specializations in weight loss, strength training, corrective exercise, nutrition, sports performance, and group fitness. With a wide array of certifications, Ethan customizes coaching sessions to each client's unique needs, guiding them towards sustainable lifestyle changes and improved overall well-being.
